長崎を訪れる外国人観光客を対象に、平和公園周辺を訪れる方への道案内をしたり、フリーペーパーの配布をしたりします。
留学生のみなさん大歓迎！「おもてなし」の心で、長崎に来られる外国人観光客に接し、学生の力で長崎を盛り上げましょう！
【日時】1月25日（土） 9:45～12:00
【活動場所】松山町、平和町、浜口町
【日本語能力】不問 ※日本語以外の言語が話せる方、大歓迎です！

■Date and time: 9:45-12:00, Saturday, January 25th
■Place: Around Matsuyama-machi/Heiwa-machi/Hamaguchi-machi
■Operations: Distribute tourist information such as brochures, maps, and flyers to foreign travelers who visit the sightseeing spots, attractions, and all those areas around. It’s your chance to offer your hospitality by providing simple guides or answering questions to them.
■Qualification: Exchange students are surely welcome even if your Japanese language proficiency is basic level.
■Gratuity: N/A
■Notes: In terms of any medical expenses which may happen to you accidentally during chores, 1-day volunteer insurance for you will be covered.

手作りランタン体験コーナーボランティア ／Volunteer for Handmade Paper Lantern Workshop at Nagasaki Lantern Festival 2020

手作りランタン体験コーナーとは、長崎の青年会議所が毎年、ランタンフェスティバルにて運営する体験型の催しで、観光客や市民の方など、フェスティバル来場者自身が世界で一つだけのオリジナルランタンを作ることができるコーナーです。
毎年、同フェスティバル期間中は多くの人で賑わい、同コーナーもたくさんの方が参加されるため、ボランティア学生には、参加者の案内やランタン組み立てのお手伝い、コーナーの宣伝などを手伝っていただくことが期待されます。
同コーナーでのボランティア活動はお昼過ぎまでなので、日が暮れてきたらフェスティバルエリア内のランタンの灯を楽しむこともできますよ。
【日時】①1月26日(日) 9:00～14:30／②2月2日（日）9:00～13:00
※どちらかのみの参加でも可。両日参加はもちろん大歓迎です！
【場所】ベルナード観光通り ※長崎電停「観光通」徒歩4分
【参加条件】留学生の方は、日本語での簡単な日常会話ができること

“Handmade Paper Lantern Workshop” is an experiential event where many tourists, locals, and spectators to Nagasaki Lantern Festival(*) can join in freely to make own small-sized lantern, which is the only one for each individual participant.
Lantern Festival Nagasaki itself is obviously a popular staple winter event, but also this workshop run by the Junior Chamber International Nagasaki is known as one of attractions that you cannot miss.
Why don’t you temporarily join in the Junior Chamber as a volunteer to run and make this workshop happen so that you could add more rich and colorful color to this fantastic land?
■Date and time:
i) 9:00-14:30, Sunday, January 26th
ii) 9:00-13:00, Sunday, February 2nd
*You can participate either date or both dates.
■Place: "Kankodori" Shopping Arcade
*The nearest tram stop is “Kankodori” and it takes about 4 minutes on foot.
■Operations:
•Setting up the workshop stall
•Assisting workshop participants with lantern decorating and crafting
•Directing people and answering questions around the stall
•Luring visitors to the stall
•Breaking down the stall
■Qualification: Basic conversation level of Japanese is preferred.
■Gratuity: Prepaid meal card (500 yen) available at McDonald’s will be provided. You can make your own paper lantern and take it as a souvenir!
