第二回学生合同企画会議（学生企画運営協議会）

場所　長崎大学 文教キャンパス　教育学部6階　633教室

GP学生企画運営協議会が県内大学等全校合同で行う会議です。協議会メンバーが一堂に会するこの機会に、県下の各校メンバー多数がコミュニケーションや親睦を図ることを主な目的とし、年間の活動について意見のすり合わせやスケジュール調整を学生が主体で行います。対面に加えてZOOMによる遠隔参加も可能にして広く参加を図ります。

今回第二回は特に、2026年2月に控えている「出張！オープンキャンパス」へ向けた準備について打ち合わせます。「出張！オープンキャンパス」は県北会場・県南会場に各校が勢揃いして学生代表が地元の中学生・高校生・保護者のみなさんへ県内大学等各校の魅力を自分たちの言葉で直接伝え、来場者にとってもひとつの会場でいくつもの学校の素顔の紹介が聴ける貴重な催しです。

 ～学生企画運営協議会とは～

「長崎発グローカル人材育成プログラム（GP)」参加学生のうち、協議会委員希望学生と大学から推薦された代表学生とで構成されています。協議会では、グローバル社会・地域社会の両面で活躍できる基礎となる力を培うことを目的に学生主体で企画運営をしています。

Details: Student associated planning meetings are managed by Nagasaki “Glocal” Alliance Program (GP) student planning committee from all the universities, junior colleges and national institute of technologies in Nagasaki Prefecture.   In this occasion, many of the committee members attend to communicate each other and to develop their friendship as a main purpose, also to exchange their opinions and adjust schedules by themselves about yearly activities.  In addition to in-person, remote attendance with ZOOM helps broad participation.

Particularly in this second meeting, the main agenda is preparation for “Off-site Open Campus” scheduled as February 2026.  The Off-site Open Campus is a valuable event where representative students from all the universities convey their appeals by themselves to visitors of high school students, junior high and the parents. Honest presentations by several schools at only one place in north/south Nagasaki venues is benefitial to the visitors.

--- What is the student planning committee? ---

The student planning committee consists of interested students for the committee and representative students recommended by each school in the Nagasaki “Glocal” Alliance Program (GP) students.  The committee is operated by the GP students to develop basic skills for playing important roles in both global societies and local communities.

ボランティア活動「第27回ながさき国際協力・交流フェスティバル」のご案内です。

県内で活動する国際協力・国際交流団体が一堂に会し、外国人と日本人が交流する場を設けて国際理解を深め多文化共生を進める同フェスティバルの会場で運営をサポートします。

Invitation to the Nagasaki International Cooperation and Exchange Festival.

We would like you to support the operation at the event where international cooperation and exchange groups in Nagasaki prefecture gather to promote interactions between foreigners and Japanese for international understanding and multicultural living in harmony.

【Insurance】In case of accidents while volunteering work, you will be covered by insurance.

【Participation of International students】Able to communicate in Japanese.

　※GP coordinator will confirm your Japanese ability over the phone and evaluate applicable or not.
