年間を通して長崎で行われるVファーレン長崎のホームゲーム。

そのホームゲーム前日の設営活動等を行うボランティアを募集します！

一緒に長崎を盛り上げていきましょう！ 

【日時】お好きな日時をお選びいただけます。

① 10月15日（金）13:00～17:00

② 10月29日（金）13:00～17:00

③ 11月2日（火） 13:00～17:00

④ 11月12日（金）13:00～17:00

⑤ 11月27日（土）13:00～17:00

【場所】トランスコスモススタジアム長崎（諫早市宇都町27-1）

※集合場所: スタジアム正面玄関前

※JR諫早駅より徒歩約30分（JR浦上駅―諫早駅：片道480円）

【活動内容（予定）】のぼりの設営（約160本）等、翌日のゲーム開催のための設営準備作業。

【その他】

・交通費として2,000円、及び飲み物の支給有り。

・留学生の場合は、日本語で日常会話が問題なくできるレベル（日本人学生や、日本語が上手な友達を一緒に誘って参加できる場合を除く）。

・各日程5名ずつを募集。

・当日は動きやすい服装で参加してください。

・新型コロナウイルスのワクチンを2回接種完了し、2週間以上経過していることが参加条件です。（長大生はワクチン未接種の場合抗原検査を受けることが可。陰性が証明されたら参加できます。申し込み時にお知らせください。）

・長大生は活動日前2週間分の「健康管理システムhttps://hms.hc.nagasaki-u.ac.jp/menulogin.php」への入力を行っていることが参加の条件です。長大以外の学生は下記「添付ファイル：体調確認書（V・ファーレン長崎）」への記入が必須です。

Here in Nagasaki, we have a professional soccer team called "V-VAREN NAGASAKI" and it is one of vigorous teams of Japan League (J-2). Its soccer season 2021 is reaching the final round towards the end of this year, but our V-VAREN will be still taking on its rival teams on its home field each month.

Due to COVID-19 precautions need to be continuously taken, volunteer activities for sport games are being limited, yet, V-VAREN calls for many volunteers to successfully run the game. Why don’t you join in? Your hard work makes it happen!

■Date and time: *You can choose the date(s) as below.

a. 13:00-17:00, Friday, October 15th

b. 13:00-17:00, Friday, October 29th

c. 13:00-17:00, Tuesday, November 2nd

d. 13:00-17:00, Friday, November 12th

e. 13:00-17:00, Saturday, November 27th

■Venue: Transcosmos Stadium Nagasaki, Isahaya city < https://www.v-varen.com/stadium >

*About 30 minute-walk from JR Isahaya station.

*Train fare between JR Urakami sta. and Isahaya is 480 yen for one-way.

*Meeting place is at the front entrance door of the stadium (ground floor).

■Responsibilities: Volunteers will do setting-up and some other logistics to get the next day’s game ready.

■Qualifications: 

-Elementary proficiency level of Japanese (Can initiate and maintain predictable face-to-face conversations and satisfy limited social demands.)

*If you are able to be accompanied by somebody who is a native Japanese or can handle good Japanese, your application will be accepted regardless of your Japanese level.

-Your signing up is to be accepted if only 2 weeks have been past after completing a full course of covid-19 vaccination (e.g. 2 doses of the Moderna).

*In case you’re not vaccinated because of religious, medical or disability-related reason, it is an alternative to submit a certificate proving a negative test result for covid-19 that was conducted within 72 hours prior to the date you’re attending.

■Notes:

-2,000 yen for transportation fee will be paid.

-Free bottled drink will be provided.

-Upon participating in, you need to fill in “NU Health Management System(https://hms.hc.nagasaki-u.ac.jp/menulogin.php)” for two weeks prior to the date of activity.

-Each sign-up cut-off date is 3:00pm, three days before the date you’d like to take part in.

-In terms of any medical expenses which may happen to you accidentally during the volunteering work, the insurance for you will be covered.

長らく延期となっていた「灯ろう流しイベント」が、10月18日に開催されることとなりまし！そこで、世界の子どもたちが描いたイラストやメッセージを貼った灯籠船を川に流すお手伝いをしてくれる方を募集しています。

ボランティアの内容は、イベント当日に灯籠船を運んだり、ろうそくに明かりをともしたり、実際に川へ流したり、といった活動になります。

活動を通して世界の子どもたちのメッセージに触れ、平和の意識を高めることができる良い機会ではないでしょうか。

たくさんの方の申し込みをお待ちしています！

Kiwanis Club of Nagasaki invite you as volunteers to commemorate both 76th anniversary of Nagasaki atomic bombing and 450th of its port opening with a day of floating lantern paper ships on the river nearby the Peace Park.

Volunteer duties will set the lantern-ships that were decorated by children and DIY volunteers beforehand, lit the candles, release the lanterns in the river, and photo/video shooting as well post-ceremony cleanup.

■Date and time: 5:00pm – 6:30pm, Monday, Oct 18th.

■Place: 

Floating event venue: Shimonokawa River near the Nagasaki Peace Park

*Meeting at Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum

■Qualification: 

-To be able to communicate in Japanese
