長崎リレーマラソン大会運営ボランティアの募集です！

 本大会は、下は3歳から上は80歳まで、幅広い年齢層の皆様に御参加いただき、初心者から国体出場・実業団所属のプロランナーまで、多くの参加者を迎え、毎大会賑やかに開催されております。

大会の開催にあたり、大会運営事務局スタッフと一緒に大会の運営のお手伝いをいただける方を募集しています。
業務内容は、①給水所②記録（ゴールテープ、選手誘導など）③コース安全管理班④写真撮影⑤本部補助（表彰式のお手伝い、受付のお手伝い等）があります。また、業務終了後はカラーコーンやバーの回収等、撤収作業をお手伝いいただきます。

【日時】　2024年06月16日(日)　07:30 ～ 15:00

※公共交通機関利用の方は、長崎市運動公園前8:10着のバス乗車でOK

【場所】　　長崎市総合運動公園（長崎市かきどまり）

【交通費】　なし

【食事】　　お弁当・飲料支給

【謝金】　　2,000円支給

【保険】　　あり(主催者にて加入の保険が適用されます)

【留学生の参加】　
日本語でコミュニケーションができること

  ※コーディネーターが電話で日本語能力を確認したうえで申込の可否を判断します。

【その他】　

 ※お友達同士の応募、一緒の業務配置可。希望の方は申込時にお知らせください。
※長崎市運動公園前8:10着のバスを利用される場合は、個別で業務説明を行ないますので、事前に(または当日)主催者へご連絡ください。
【服装】動きやすい服装(ジャージ・スニーカー可、サンダル不可）
【持ち物】帽子やタオル等、気候に備える物をご準備ください。軍手を持参いただくとカラーコーン回収の際に役立ちます。（必須ではありません）
雨天の際は雨合羽を配布します。（レインスーツ等持参可。傘は接触の危険があるため、大会開催中は利用不可）

【Date and Time】 7:30-15:00, Sunday, Jun 16, 2024 

【Place】Nagasaki Municipal General Recreation Park（Nagasaki-shi, Kakidomari）

【Transportaion expenses】none【Food expense】lunch and drink available　【Gratuity】2000yen

【Insurance】In case of accidents while doing volunteering work, you will be covered by insurance.

【Participation for International student】

GP coordinator will confirm your Japanese language ability over the phone and then decide whether or not you can apply.

【Detail and Application】Please indicate your preference if you want to join with your friends.

If you plan to use the 8:10 arrival bus at Nagasaki City Sports Park, please contact the organizers in advance (either beforehand or on the day). They will provide individual instructions.

【Attire】Please wear comfortable clothing (such as joggers and sneakers) and avoid sandals.

【Items to Bring】Hat and towel. Bringing gloves will be helpful during cone collection (they are not mandatory).

Rain ponchos will be distributed. Umbrellas are not allowed to use.

 If the maximum capacity is reached, we may close applications before the application deadline.
