ハロウィン交流会／GP Halloween Meetup

長崎発グローカル人材育成プログラム学生企画運営協議会より「ハロウィン交流会」についてのご案内です。
GPメンバーや留学生と共にゲームやフリートーク、クリスマスカード作成のボランティアを通して交流をしよう！！というこの企画。コロナ禍でなかなか交流が出来ない状況ではありますが、感染対策に努めながらイベントを開催します！
ぜひみんなでGPメンバー間の交流を深めませんか？留学生も参加予定なので外国語コミュニケーション・多文化に触れる機会にもなるはずです。
詳細は下記の通りです。みなさんぜひご参加ください！
コロナ対策のために、事前申込が必要です。参加希望者は下の「お申込み」ボタンから申込をお願いします。

【日時】11/9（月）18:00～19:00
【場所】長崎大学文教キャンパス学生プラザ
【申込締切】10/26(月）
【その他】当日は以下の内容を厳守し、感染症対策を心がけてください。
①「健康状態確認シート」に各自の体調を記入し、当日持参して下さい。
②感染予防教育のビデオを必ず視聴してください。（URLはコチラ→→https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPHdE5eTIx0）
③10/26（月）～活動日までに制限地域(※）への移動(単なる乗り継ぎの場合は除く)を行った方、また制限地域からの来訪者と面会した方・熱などの症状がある方は参加できません。
※制限地域：北海道、千葉、東京、神奈川、愛知、大阪、京都、兵庫、沖縄 及び海外
④マスク着用、咳エチケット、手洗いマナーを守ってください。
⑤今後の新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の状況によりやむを得ず中止になる場合があります。
⑥当日は受付で検温をします。検温時に高熱だった場合は、入場を制限することもありますがご了承ください。

Here's the announcement and invitation from GP Students' Planning & Operation Committee.
We would like to inform you of "GP Halloween Meet up”!
The purpose of this meet up is to build our relationship more deeply.
We plan to do some games & free talk, and to make season’s greetings cards, which is kind of a volunteering work.
Entree fee is free! Come join us!!
Date & Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm, Monday, Nov. 9th
Venue: Student Community Plaza, Nagasaki Uni
How to apply: Please go on to the pink button below. Fill in and send it by Monday, Oct. 26th. The applications are processed on a “first come first served” basis.
*Sign-up is now closed. Thank you so much for your big interest!!
*As we need to take extra precautions to avoid being infected and spreading COVID-19 through this gathering, we are supposed to limit the number of the event’s participants, based on the advanced application. Then if you want to take part in this meetup, we sincerely ask you to sign up beforehand.
Notes:
-Please refrain from traveling to and from any of 10 prefectures (Hokkaido, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Gifu, Aichi, Osaka, Hyogo, and Okinawa) and overseas within 14 days up till November 9th.
-If you inevitably had a chance to travel to those areas or had a close contact with visitors from there after October 26th, your participation would be canceled.
-Likewise, if, on that day, you have any symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and sneeze.
-Well note that this event might be canceled when the status of the Covid-19 situation may suddenly change.
